Where in the world is Mister Importer?
Headquartered in Los Angeles, Misterimporter showcases beautiful pieces from around the world at unbelievably great bargains. You will probably recognize many items similar to designs offered by the big US retailers (like Pottery Barn, Design Within Reach, Restoration Hardware) at about half the price. While the "big guys" also import most of their products, we have chosen to skip the expensive retail space and sell direct to the public. This offers you high quality products at unheard of prices!! We have a gallery of our products set up in our warehouse in Los Angeles if you want to view them first hand.
How is Mister Importer affiliated with The Sofa Company?
The Mister Importer furniture line creates a cool mix of furniture products to accent our custom made upholstery in our local factory here in California. Throughout all of our showrooms, you will find many asian influenced chairs, case goods, bamboo, and leather products. These were introduced into our settings by Mister Importer's furniture collection. Since much of the furniture these days is now influenced and imported from overseas, we wanted to mix in a sampling of well priced imports to our huge custom line.
How frequently does Mister Importer bring in new products?
All the time! Every month, Mister Importer is either travelling the world, or developing new and improved designs. Philip Chang and Nick Ostroff, usually team up to visit our overseas factories to inspect and create the new prototypes. As soon as a product is perfected and ready to ship, we will also place these designs throughout TSC's showrooms. Please feel free to check out our showrooms periodically for the latest and the greatest.
Does Mister Importer sell to the trade or in bulk-wholesale?
Yes! We have a growing list of clients and project designers who use Mister Importer regularly to furnish their lines. |
